    How to make Ice Cream?

    4 cups Red Cow Milk
    1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
    1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract


    1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, whisk together Red Cow milk and sugar until sugar completely dissolves.
    2. Add in vanilla extract and stir to combine.
    3. Remove from heat and transfer to a freezer-proof dish and freeze.
    4. Stir the ice cream every 2 to 4 hours until ice crystals start to form.
    5. When fully frozen, transfer to an airtight container and freeze overnight.
    6. Garnish with walnuts or slivered almonds for a bit of crunch before serving.


    If using an ice cream maker, remove the milk mixture from the heat and transfer to the ice cream maker to churn and thicken before pouring into an airtight container and freezing.

  • Kesar Badam Milk
    How to make Kesar Badam Milk?

    Almonds - 4/6
    Sugar – 3 tbs
    Red Cow Creamy Delight Milk – ½ Cup
    Cardamom Powder – 1 pinch
    Saffron Strands soaked in milk – ¼ teaspoon


    1. To make the quintessentially Indian Badam Doodh, soak the almonds in hot water for 15-20 minutes and then peel of the skin.
    2. Add them in a blender and make a smooth paste. Now boil milk and add the badam paste in the boiling milk.
    3. Add sugar and cardamom powder and saffron strands soaked in milk.
    4. Cook the milk for some time and then serve chilled or hot.

  • Gulab Jamun
    How to Prepare Gulab Jamun?

    1 tablespoon all purpose flour
    1/4 tablespoon powdered cardamom- green
    3 pinches baking soda
    1/2 cup sugar syrup (Mix ground cardamom with sugar and water and bring them to boil. Stir continuously till the syrup become a bit sticky. Mix rose water and your sugar syrup is ready)
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 cup ghee
    250 ml Red Cow Creamy Delight Milk


    1. To prepare this popular North Indian dessert recipe, firstly, place a deep-bottomed pan over medium flame and add milk in it. Let the milk come to a boil. Keep stirring the milk while it boils.
    2. When the volume of the milk has reduced and it has become thick, take it off the flame. Transfer it in a bowl.
    3. Once it cools down, add flour, cardamom powder, baking soda in this bowl. Using your hands, mix it well and turn in it into a soft dough.
    4. Now, take small portions from this dough and make small balls of it.
    5. Place a pan with ghee over medium flame and let it melt.
    6. When the oil is hot enough, add the balls in it and let these cook.
    7. Fry them until they turn brown in color.
    8. Once done, transfer them in bowl containing sugar syrup.
    9. Soak them nicely in the syrup and serve these hot to enjoy!
